We Presented our Spare Part Recognition in ServiceNow at the Parken Conference 2019

DATAbility GmbH enables image recognition in ServiceNow and makes the platform predictive! Yesterday we presented our spare part recognition application at the “PARKEN – Exhibition and Conference” in Wiesbaden at the Scheidt & Bachmann booth.

Artificial intelligence and digitization require innovative minds in industry! With Dr. Boris Ansorge we have found one at our partner Scheidt & Bachmann! We are looking forward to our further cooperation!

Our DATAbility GmbH functionality makes it possible to identify spare parts by processing images with machine learning. We linked this functionality with the abilities of the ServiceNow platform Scheidt & Bachmann already uses. Now, one can photograph (defective) components with the ServiceNow mobile app at the operating site of the (parking) system with a smartphone or tablet, get our analysis result in the activity stream in an active case or search job and reorder the component if required from the catalog and shop.
