By seamlessly linking DATAbility’s advanced machine learning capabilities with the ServiceNow platform already utilized by Scheidt & Bachmann, we created a fully automated, closed-loop process for parking system maintenance:

• Mobile Capture: Technicians on-site at a parking system simply photograph the defective or worn component using the standard ServiceNow mobile app on a smartphone or tablet.
• Instant AI Analysis: In the background, SPAIREnow’s image recognition and machine learning algorithms process the image to identify the exact component.
• Automated Ticketing: The analysis result—including precise part identification and matching confidence—is posted instantly into the activity stream of the active ServiceNow case or search job.
• Direct Ordering: With the correct part identified automatically, the technician can immediately trigger a reorder directly from the integrated catalog and shop.

This partnership proves that you don’t need to rebuild your IT landscape to benefit from cutting-edge AI. Our joint showcase at the “PARKEN” Exhibition and Conference in Wiesbaden highlighted how easily existing platform capabilities can be expanded.
